About Kate:

Kate is an indie author from Victoria, Australia. She has lived here for every one of her thirty years, and travelled far less than she’d liked. Kate hopes writing will one day take her across the globe. She has big dreams of visiting Scotland in particular.

Kate has two small children who attend primary school, and unfortunately, have both inherited her very dry sense of humour.

Kate has been known to cry over certain movie scores (cough How To Train Your Dragon, lookin' atchu cough), and will absolutely start a dance party in the kitchen to improve household moods. (Kate is an awful dancer, it is rather hilarious).

Her debut novel, Crown of Olympus, released this October, and she makes no apologies for your future heartache. It is the first of a planned quartet titled The Hades Trials, and Kate is currently working on the second novel, amongst other side projects!

Blood of Olympus is set to release early 2026.

While Kate relishes inflicting emotional pain while you read her books, she has vowed to never kill off the animal companion.
